Non Authorized Billing

I was charged a fees for wordpress.com site upgrades that I am no longer using. I haven’t used this site or asked for any upgrades and should not have any charges since after November 2013. Please help me with this. Who do I contact? Why is it so hard to get in touch with someone on from wordpress.com?

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. Hello,
same situation here as denisejames7, but I cannot cancel the “Renew” upgrade because the link is dead (I have a screen capture to prove this), I cannot finish the cancellation procedure. It even says: “Domain not pointing to WordPress.com”. I sent mail to Support department, I need help, it’s just not right to take money for nothing.
