Non-Authorized Charge on my Debit Card

    I checked my debit account and noticed I was charged $138.64 by WordPress today.

    I DID NOT authorize this amount of money to be taken out of my account.

    I did have an account with WordPress that I cancelled a long time ago, so I am not sure if the cancellations did not go through or what is actually happening but I do not use WordPress and these accounts were cancelled a long time ago.

    I need a refund ASAP.

    Hi, I checked your account, but I don’t see any purchases, transactions, or billing activity.

    Perhaps you have more than one account here? If you do, but you do not recall the password, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

    Also, if you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.
