Non-changing Homepage

  I apologize if this is a really really stupid question…

  I recently posted a blog about my favorite coffeehouses of a 200+ coffee tour I finished up. I need that post to stay at the top on my home page, all other posts, and future posts coming in under it.

  I tried choosing a ‘static page,’ but the page turned out blank.

  What do I do?
