Non compatible OS with blog

How to I report an issue with Classic editor on my operating system to WordPress?
Deletion of cache, change of browser have had no effect but problem only presents on my Ipad Air 2 with and older IOS.
(The issue is that the toolbar is presenting irrelevant symbols although the functionality has been retained.)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

OK-so we now know which device, but what version iOS is it running? Also what browser and version are you using to access WPcom?
FWIW on my iPadMini5 running iOS 18.7.3 in Firefox 146.1 the Classic Editor toolbar displays normally.

I also dug out my iPad Pro 10.5 running iOS 17.7.10 which is also running Firefox 146.1 and here, too, the Classic Editor toolbar displays normally (as does Safari in both). Can you try accessing WPcom with a Private browsing window?
From your screenshot here https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/classic-editor-toolbar-gone-crazy/#post-4095101 I’m going to ask this even if it sounds silly. Is there any chance you’ve recently installed an emoji font or an app that might have?

No change using a private browser.
No change disconnecting Nord VPN
No apps installed recently and certainly no emoji widgets or add ons.

I’ll go ahead and flag this for staff in case they have some other insight here. But, here’s the thing. You’ve narrowed it down to your device which is running an old iOS. There might not be anything else for it but to update.

You can’t expect from programmers to keep their CMS compatible with a more dan 11 years old OS. Also note that OS is is still reasonably safe but not completely. As the IpadOS 15 is nearly EOL, security risks are getting higher. As @justjennifer said, it’s time to buy the most recent IPAD
