Non displaying header

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
Will somebondy help me. I have tried numberous things to get my personalised header to display but to no avail. I have even tried chaninging themes, deleting all the media and re uploading but still nothing. I have done this the way I usually do it but for some reason now when I go back to my blog all I get is a vacant box with a cross in the left hand top corner. If I type the url that displays when I right click this vacant box address into my browser, I get the same result. THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I see your header display on the Vostok theme so I assume you have resolved this issue. For the benefit of other members who may use the forum searchbox in the future and find this thread, the list of themes that do allow for customized image headers and uploading instructions are found here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/custom-header-image/

Hello timethief, thank you for having a look but I still don’t seem to have a header pic. Have tried refreshing but still have nothing. I don’t have any problems getting images onto the blog but the pic that I am looking in the header area for is a sepia pic of a couple on the railway track with some text, “Photography by Bruce Jackson” on the left.

Sorry forgot to mention that I did go through the link you left but I had already tried that, having picked it up on another thread.

Hello again :)
Let me be clear. I can see a header image using Firefox 3.6.8 on the blog linked to your username. It depicts a man and a woman in it and the text “Photography by Bruce Jackson”. As you cannot see it please undertake these troubleshooting techniques:1. Some issues that you encounter with your WordPress.com blog or account can be solved by changing your browser settings, refreshing the page, or clearing the browser cache and cookies. See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/ The instructions for specific browsers are found here > http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
2. Some issues can be resolved by using another browser? If you haven’t tried another one then I suggest that you do.
3. Some issues can be caused by not updating your Flash. You can use this link to see if your flash is up to date. http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ If it’s not then go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ and download and install the latest version of flash.

I can also see the header image at http://brucetritonjackson.wordpress.com/ without any problems.
If you are using Firefox, it’s possible you’ve blocked the images by mistake. Try making sure there are no exceptions listed for your blog images under the Load Images Automatically section.
PC: Tools > Options > Content > Load Images Automatically > Exceptions
Mac: Preferences > Content > Load Images Automatically > Exceptions -
Try the cookie dance: Log out, clear browser cache and cookies, restart computer. ALL of these steps are important.
