Non existant theme?

I have posted the following message in your online chat and was told that the GeneratePress theme I purchased from WordPress was not a WordPress theme. What I posted in chat: “I have been trying for the past couple of weeks to get help. I paid up front $300 via paypal for GeneratePress. I have expressed in detail the format I was hoping to achieve in building an art gallery for my wife: LorraineRyanArtGallery.com. I have asked for directions to a tutorial that will help me achieve what I need to do. I’ve had responses, but no guidance. I am still getting emails telling me to upgrade to a “plan,” which I have had all along. Is there no way that I can get help from a person?” unquote.
This is insane. I paid for a theme from WordPress that it doesn’t carry? I would like to have my $300. returned. I am asking this forum: How do I achieve this?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Martin, from what I can piece together from your previous posts you purchased the Business plan because that was the only way you could use the Generatepress theme (that somebody had recommended to you) here at WordPress.com because that theme is really designed for sites hosted elsewhere using the WordPress.org software.
If you can return to your earlier thread lets see if staff can sort this out for you.
