Non-existent changeset UUID

    Hi folks
    After an update to WP 4.7 I cannot customize my theme (actually Oxygen).
    I get this error message: Non-existent changeset UUID
    I stopped all plug-Ins. Tried another Theme (Twenty Eleven), have made a new Installation from WordPress. There is no WP-Cache Plug-in. The following Plug-Ins are actually activ: Akismet, Clean and simpe contact form, Google Analytics, IP Blacklist Clout, Jetpack(!), WP Media Category Management, Yoast SEO.

    Jetpack does not connect

    I can open the customizer frame in a new window and then I see the UUID in the URL:
    customize_changeset_uuid=25fec214-38b6-4408…….

    What else can I try to do?

    It looks like you are working with a self-hosted WordPress.org site instead of the WordPress.com-hosted version supported here.

    I would recommend searching on the WordPress.org support forums for similar issues. Specifically, Jetpack has its own support dedicated support forum:

    If you cannot find anything that works, you can start your own thread. The forums are completely separate from each other, so you will need to register an account there if you haven’t done so already.
