Non-existent "enable carousel" option or other editing option for gallery styles

  I want to “Enable Carousel” for my image gallery, but I go to Settings then Media and there is no option for Gallery Styles. It stops at “organize my uploads by month…..”.
  Where can I edit the gallery style?

  I’m asking regarding my website that I’m building through a wordpress theme. NOT the blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That is not a wordpress.COM site, that is using software from WordPress.ORG, so you need to be asking in their forums.
