Non-existing blog showing up on WordPress.com/my-blogs

  It seems many people has had problems with this
  (https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/how-to-delete-a-non-existing-blog?replies=10 and https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/global-dashboard-continues-to-show-non-existent-self-hosted-wordpress-blogs?replies=7 and https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/delete-non-existing-blog-from-my-blogs?replies=3 and others). The blog i removed (evanisvinks14.com/blog [evanisvinks14’s Blog)) shows up on http://en.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ and does not exist. the blog I do currently use is evanisvinks14.com [evanisvinks14]
  It seems from the other threads that only staff can remove the links
