Non existing website

    Hi I did purchase my premium website for 2 years metalhorse90.com on WORDPRESS (redacted) £132 Reference ON 28 SEP BCC . Now when i log in its says i don’t have a website yet . Thanks

    Hi cristinaursachii,

    metalhorse90.com is owned by another WordPress.com account, why is why you are unable to access it from the one you are currently logged in to.

    Please try logging out of cristinaursachii, then log back in with the username metalhorse90 or the email address your purchase receipt was sent to. If you are unable to remember the password, it can be reset from the Lost Password page:

    I’ve removed the transaction ID you shared here as these forums are a public place and content can be indexed by search engines.
