Troubleshooting – My Pages aren’t appearing
They must be public pages – not private.
Public – The page will be visible to everyone.
Protected – The page is protected with a password you set. Only people who have the password can view a protected page.
Private – Pages are only visible to blog Editors and Administrators. Private pages are not visible in Reader, feeds, or in any search. A page can be private without being password protected.

If you created a custom menu then did you forget to add those pages to it? http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#adding-pages

Oh my! I am so sorry.
You posted the opposite of what is commonly posted here every day and I failed to read carefully. I apologize.
You can delete any Page you created. Here’s how to permanently delete Trash from your uploads folder >
http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/#deleting-permanentlyIMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting blog content does not remove it from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months.

P.S. If you still see the Pages after you permanently delete them then you need to clear your browser cache. http://href.li/?http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
