Non-looping Gif won't replay on web page reload

    Hey guys,
    I’m completely new to wordpress.
Im trying to set up a homepage for my photography.

on the “home”-page I want set an animated GIF what should always “reassemble”/”replay” whenever I load the homepage. How do i do that.

This is how it looks like currently: https://bavariandronedude.com/lol/

Can i somehow force the logo, whenever i click on the page “LOL” again, it reassembles newly? (somehow it works when i, e.g. open an other page at first, and then re-click on “lol”, but when i click “lol” –> “lol” it doesnt.)

    <a href="https://bavariandronedude.com/lol/animation_black_gif/" rel="attachment wp-att-7126"><img class="aligncenter wp-image-7126" src="http://bavariandronedude.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/Animation_Black_GIF.gif" alt="" width="534" height="534"></a>

thats currently the code. maybe u can help me, what i gotta change?

  • Hey there @epinephrin90,

I think you may have meant to post in the forums for the free WordPress code rather than the forums for sites we host:

But for what it’s worth, the animation does replay for me every time I tap that link. Hoping you’ve got this sorted — cheers!
