Non-modifiable site, no access to statistics and assistance

Hello,
it has been several days now since I last:
– access to the statistics of my site,
– the possibility of modifying, adding, deleting articles,
– access to assistance by email via the “contact” button
Basically I can’t do anything with my site anymore and can’t receive any help from support, even though I have a paid subscription that provides for it.
Does anyone have the same problems or a solution?

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. Can you give us any more information about what is going on? What do you see when you try to take any of the actions listed above? Are there are any error messages? What happens if you use the form here to contact staff:

Also, issues such as these can be browser based as well.
What browser are you using? Does it happen if you try a different browser? Are you using any browser extensions? Can you try disabling them and seeing if that changes things?

Thanks for the answers. I am under CHROME (with windows10 64bits French edition. I just tried with EDGE and there I have access to all the functionalities. What solution to have the same thing with CHROME? Regards.

It could be that Chrome needs updated. It could also be a browser extension you have enabled in Chrome that’s running the interference.
