non-pro version won't allow installation of purchased theme

    Hi, I have never uploaded a theme before. I purchased Portfolio Gallery from web-dorado company. I have the unpaid version active now. when i tried to install i got a error message that the directory already exists and the installation failed. [Destination folder already exists.] what do I do? I do not have time to mess around – please be very specific & thorough in answer. thank you.

    as you are using WordPress.org in a self-hosted site, you need to ask at http://wordpress.org/support/
    and do ask the seller of the theme for help.
