Non-profit/NGO account upgrade enquiry

Hi, this is probably not the best place for a sales enquiry but I can’t find anything in the Help pages with regards to this.
Quite simply, I am a non-profit Trustee and our charity has a low net income (<£5,000 p.a.), so I would appreciate someone from WordPress Sales getting back to me about the following: Could you offer our charity a discount for a 2-year Business subscription? It is currently £399 for 2 years in the UK, and this is quite a lot of money for our charity. Alternatively, could WordPress offer us a longer subscription for the same price, e.g. 3 years or longer?

WordPress.com provides free blogs and hosts them free of charge. There are no bandwidth charges. All WordPress.com blogs come with 3000 megabytes (~3 GBs) of space for storing uploaded files and images. Free features are listed here https://en.wordpress.com/features/

Details:
There are no trial upgrades, no discounts, no promo codes, no monthly payment plans, no bulk deal upgrades, and no multiple year upgrades. Also, note that proforma invoices are not issued and purchase orders are not accepted.
We are billed annually and we must pay for all upgrades in full at the time of purchase after selecting a plan.
Each upgrade bundle applies to a single blog only and is for a single year only when it is due to be renewed. (The only exceptions are one time upgrades for premium themes and guided transfers.)

The Business plan is £240 per year in the UK. Fairly recently WordPress.com have offered the option to pay for two years when you first sign up so at £399 for two years of the Business plan you are already getting a 17% discount.

You can currently get two years for all plans. The Personal plan offers an 8% discount and the Premium plan a generous 21% discount for signing up for two years (at least in my dashboard). Dunno if this is a temporary or ongoing thing.

Thanks. I just verified that out by pretending I wanted to upgrade. I’m tagging this for Staff to tell us if this is a temporary or ongoing thing. I think that the support docs may need updating.

I’ve followed up with you privately regarding discounts.
Two-year plans are a fairly new feature at WordPress.com and have been slowly rolling out to more and more users over the past few months. At this time they are rolled out for all users and here for the foreseeable future. If we need to update a support page just let us know and we’ll get it taken care of.
