According to whois info your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform nor is the domain registered with wordpress.com, https://www.whois.com/whois/helpingforbetterlife.org.
You must contact your hosting/registrar to solve this problem. -

Hello Michalu!
Your site http://helpingforbetterlife.org/ is hosted on ‘Himalayan Host’ servers (www.himalayanhost.com) and the domain is registered with publicdomainregistry.com. What’s more, your domain is not at all going to expire soon and the expiry date is 2022-01-24.
Please reach out to the above-mentioned entities only in case of any concern and please be careful from cybercriminals.

That email is certainly a scam. Just ignore this email and certainly don’t pay those crooks!

I just just saw your emails when checking our spam file for anything that got caught there accidentally. That does indeed look like spam to me! I’ve left up the gist of it, removed any sensitive/extra stuff, and deleted your extra attempts at posting it. Hopefully that’ll leave enough that if someone else runs into this, they can find it.
I agree with the others — given the expiration date and the fact that the service provider listed on the email is not one associated with your hosting or domain, they are probably a scam. It would not hurt to contact your domain registrar and host, though, to confirm it’s nothing to do with them. You might also ask them about preventing this kind of spam.
Good luck! And thanks everyone here for your help, too.
