Non-profit using free plugin

    We have a very small non-profit looking to migrate to a WordPress website in order to make use of a special free WordPress plugin specific to our mission. When I try to use WordPress, no plugin can be installed without a ‘Business’ plan which is $25/mo. We don’t need all the features of the Business site. Are there any less-expensive options for non-profits that would allow us to make use of the free plugin? Thank you in advance for your help!

    Your own plugin can only be used at WordPress.com if you have the Business plan.
    If you only need that one plugin and none of the other Business plan features then perhaps you need to look at a creating a site elsewhere using the WordPress.org software?
