  I want to create a website for a non profit organization.We are low on budget and are new to domain and hosting process.I want to know the most economical way to make a website for the same.

  The most economical way would be to create a free site here with an address that ends in .wordpress.com. To do that place the name of your organization here: https://wordpress.com/start/domains
  The cheapest upgraded plan with a custom domain would be the Personal plan:
