Private support via live chat and email are paid features. As you cancelled your plan, you no longer have access to those paid features. Free users receive support via these public forums.
You mention billing issues, but it looks like we’ve issued a full refund for your plan. You should receive that in about ten business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

I am aware that they are ‘paid features’. I’d contest however, that while I’m still in the process of doing business with you, I am a PAID customer and I’m currently incredibly annoyed that I’m going through this process of dealing with your business on a public forum.
I initially set up the site for a year and have been billed twice since then to a card that was expired.
This card was also specifically NOT saved under managed cards and the recurring billing was disabled when I initially up the site.
As a business process, this is an incredibly poor method to deal with transaction disputes.

Howdy – I’m following up on the modlook tag that was re added to the thread. As kokkieh already mentioned we have processed a refund for A$60.00 on 2018-10-02. That money should reach you soon depending on your banks processing.
Also, we can only process automatic payment for the bill with the payment information on the account.
