  Hi, i just cancelled my domain, niwholesomefood. There is no option to refund the amount of S$27? May i know how i can get back the subscription? Thanks

  You are no longer eligible for a full refund because you canceled the upgrade on May 2. Domains must be canceled within 96 hours to receive a refund. You can learn more about our refund policy here:

  However, I can restore your domain if you want to keep using it.
