Non-renewed plan

    Howdy!

    I had a site called thediscjock.com but I didn’t end up renewing the plan. How do I renew the plan for that site?

    Hi there,

    The domain, thediscjock.com, used to be registered with us, but expired in January 2020, and has long since been removed from our system. We have no control at all over that domain any more.

    The WordPress.com site that used to be connected to that domain still exists, but it belongs to a different username account than the one you’re using to post here.

    The plan that used to be on that site also expired over a year ago, so has already been removed and cannot be renewed any more. But if you log into the correct account that owns the site, you’ll be able to purchase a new plan for it. It also doesn’t look like thediscjock.com has been registered since it expired last year, so you should be able to register it again as a new domain.
