Non responsive header image in Snaps theme
-
I´m using Snaps theme. The header image in desktop view are okay, but in tablet and phone view the theme only shows a small part of the image, not the entire image reduced.
There are any solution for that?
Thank you! :)

Hi there!
You can try viewing your site on mobile after disabling mobile theme, if it solves your issue.
If you would like to disable mobile themes on your blog, go to Appearance → Mobile in your WP Admin dashboard and select “No” for “Enable mobile theme” option. All visitors will see the full theme of your blog, but keep in mind this will:
-prevent users on old cell phones from viewing your content
-slows down the display of your site on mobile devicesRead more about Mobile theme here https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/mobile-themes/
Let me know if this helps!
Thanks!

Hi there – the header in Snaps is a background image that is stretched and cropped, depending on the screen size. For that reason, it works best with a decorative image or one that can withstand cropping and stretching. Images with text – like the one you currently have – aren’t well suited to the header in this theme.
You could instead try uploading a logo graphic in the Customizer’s Site Identity panel. The logo will resize on all screen sizes without stretching or cropping.
Let me know if you need further help.
simranjeetkaur10 – I don’t think this issue is related to the mobile theme. :)

Thank you so much simranjeetkaur10 and kathrynwp
The problem was that I had disabled the mobile theme, so I turned on it and the header problem disappeared :)

OK! The mobile theme is a completely separate theme meant for older themes (unlike Snaps) that are not responsive. But if you prefer how it looks, there’s no harm in keeping it active.
