non riesco più ad accedere al sito

    da ieri non riesco più ad accedere al mio sito perché compare una schermata bianca che indica un “errore critico del sito web”. Purtroppo il ragazzo che ha fatto il sito ne era anche amministratore e adesso è irreperibile per aiutarmi. come posso intervenire
