Non-subscription vs. payment

  Good morning,

  I would like to ask about our settlements – add ons subscription. We do not have connected any domen’s, there is also no payment card attached to this account, the card that was plugged in earlier has expired. However, funds are still taken from our account. Kindly cancel the last payment 79US, return the funds and send an adjustment to this payment. I do not have also active subscription and cannot cancel any because of that.
