  I’m not sure what is the point of the support forum. Before I upgraded to Premium I asked a question here and had a response in 7 minutes. Now I have two unanswered questions buried in a queue, apparently doomed.

  The threads you posted into about stats not updating are tagged for Staff support.

  Staff address each thread in datestamp order and work their way forward from the earliest dates to the most recent ones, as would be expected. Please do not create duplicate threads.
