non time-sensitive blog

  come to realize my blog isn’t really a web-log at all in the sense of day-to-day journal entries too soon become outdated.

  in fact my subject matter isn’t time sensitive at all, except maybe in some stretched out paleo-cosmic context. for example, book reviews i did months ago are still germane.

  i know i have little interest myself in unearthing someone’s old blog entry.

  sure, entries ought to have a posting date, but is there not a way to archive my postings except by that date? another template than the one i’ve been using perhaps?

  Are you using categories on you posts? Categories are, in a sense, an archive by subject and you can use the categories widget in the sidebar.
