Non wordpress user seeking assistance re: abuse

Hi.
While I have a registered wordpress account, I am unable to use it due to cognitive disabilities associated with my neurological illness.
I need to speak with someone at wordpress.com regarding the continued abuse meted out by a one Peter Reynolds, leader of CLEAR (Cannabis Law Reform) towards his critics. Without going into too much detail, he has a colourful reputation, and has been reported on more than one occasion in the media because of it.
He tried reporting his critics to the police in 2012 for harassment. The police investigated, and took no action (You can confirm with Dorset Police). He then tried to sue the police to get them to reverse their decision, and failed. Last year, he attempted to sue critics in the high court for defamation, and lost badly (see http://www.sarahmcculloch.com/drug-policy-2/2013/peter-reynolds-court-libel-peter-reynolds-lost/ as an example).
Mr Reynolds has now retreated to the apparent safety of his wordpress blog to defame and slander his critics.
In his latest blog post: http://peterreynolds.wordpress.com/2014/02/18/online-trolls-are-psychopaths-and-sadists-psychologists-claim/ , he includes the images of 5 medicinal cannabis activists, myself included, amongst the images of people who have been convicted in the courts for online trolling. I have not been investigated, charged or been convicted of any such crimes, despite his best efforts. In his article http://peterreynolds.wordpress.com/2013/04/16/the-first-victory-in-the-fight-back-against-hatred-and-abuse/ , he implies I have been abusing his family (I haven’t) and claims that he is issuing high court writs. He hasn’t, and he won’t, because as recently demonstrated, he has no defence to substantiate his claims. His writs against Chris Bovey, Sarah McCulloch and Greg de Hoedt have been struck out by the high court. Alun Buffry ended up signing a meaningless bit of paper which resulted in Reynolds settling with him.
My name is tagged in that article, and despite filing abuse reports about it, the article is still up and not a single person from wordpress has had the courtesy to acknowledge my complaints.
Other activists, most notable Chris Bovey have been severely slandered on Mr Reynolds’ wordpress blog, despite Reynolds losing against Chris recently in the High Court. (see: http://www.sarahmcculloch.com/activism/reports/2014/peter-reynolds-lost-lawsuit-interview-chris-bovey/ )
So I would very much like to communicate with an actual person regarding this issue, as I do not have the health to pursue legal routes, and do not wish to be forced down that road. Filing the standard abuse reports seems to have no effect.

When you say that you have reported abuse I take it that you used either http://wordpress.com/abuse/ or the “report this content” from the menu on his blog?

Hi. Yes, I used the http://wordpress.com/abuse/ link. I’ve reported his earlier blog post about me on more than one occasion, and zero reply or action from wordpress.
I know other people have also complained about articles written about them too via the same link.
Does anyone actually monitor the abuse reports?

You should have at least received an acknowledgement from WordPress that they received your complaint. I’ll flag this for staff attention.
Note that WordPress will not discuss the details or merits of your complaint in this public forum, but they should acknowledge that they have recieved your complaint and proceed via email.

Sure. All I want is for someone to contact me via email or phone, as this situation is getting out of hand and causing some of us a lot of unnecessary stress.

I entered the url of each article in each of the abuse forms. Since writing the earlier forum post, he’s gone on the attack with a new blog post, making some quite bizarre and ludicrous allegations. I’ve also reported that article using the abuse form, and also sent a follow-up email to the support dept.
Hopefully someone from wordpress will be in contact soon.
