Non-WP email subscriber unable to unsubscribe

    Problem for a non-WP reader unsubscribing from my blog.

    I am admin (neilre(AT)earthlink.net) for soundstylesnewsletter.wordpress.com and have a subscriber who wants to unsubscribe but so far has been unable to do so. I listed the steps, from email go manage to BLOGS I FOLLOW, click UNFOLLOW then SAVE CHANGES, which she said she followed. However she says she is still getting emails from new postings by our blog.

    Have you some suggestions?

    I do not find any means by which we at our blog can remove someone from our subscribers list. Is there any means for us to do that as well?
