Two questions: 1) Why is my ad not active yet? 2) Why does the location say India when I chose 3 continents? North America, Europe, and Asia.

The AI response I received for my two questions (above) were incomplete. I understand I chose India/Asia and that’s why it’s showing India. I want to know why it’s not showing the United States and United Kingdom when I chose those as well?
AI also told me to make sure my Ad setting were turned on. They are all on so why is my ad not active yet?

It’s 3:45pm central standard time and I see my ad is now active. I still don’t know why the only location is India. I checked off United States and United Kingdom as well. I can’t find a way to add those countries back to my original choice. Can anyone please direct me how to add them? Thank you.

Oh, and I also checked off Australia and that isn’t on the ad either. How can I fix this?

@loridr I checked in on this. You mentioned at first that you targeted continents, but the auto-complete would not have offered those, so I wonder if we just missed those in setup.
Would you like to stop the campaign, then start again and get a screenshot of your country selections? If they don’t stay after being selected from the list, we’ll need to investigate further.

Hi Velda. Thanks for getting back to me. I didn’t receive an email that you responded. I didn’t pick continents. I picked countries, and next to the country it named a continent. I chose United States, and it said North America next to it, United Kingdom, and it said Europe next to it, Australia and it said Oceania next to it, India and it said Asia next to it.
If I cancel and start over now, the ad will run over the weekend, and I wanted it to run during the week. I’ll have to start over next week. Can I come back to this thread if I have a problem?

Hi There. My ad is running again and it’s working fine with the countries I chose this time. But you should know that I could not get back to this forum through WordPress this entire time. My notifications told me that you responded, and when I clicked on the notification it told me the post was unavailable (as seen in the attachment). Also, I’m signed up to get forum responses in my email, and they didn’t come there either. The only way I was able to get back was because I thankfully bookmarked this page. Just thought you should know.

Oh, interesting! Thank you for sharing that. I’ll get some eyes on that. I’m glad the ad worked. Does the email notification link for this reply work, or is it the same thing?
