None of my blogs displaying properly

Hello, is there a problem at WordPress? None of my 4 blogs and none of the WordPress pages, including this one, are displaying properly. They are taking forever to load, and most of the graphics are gone. Anyone else having this problem? Thanks, BJ Omanson

Hi,
We have received a few reports of folks on the east coast of the US not being able to load content from one of our CDN partners, Edgecast. This could be the issue you are seeing because while your site’s content is not loaded from there, the css and javascript required to display your site correctly, is. If that is failing to load, your site may appear to be down or slow. Could you please try loading the following 2 URLs in your browser and tell me if they load or not?

The first url won’t load at all. There appears to be a network problem in the northeastern US which is affecting a portion of traffic which travels across Global Crossing’s network. Although Global Crossing is not a direct network provider of ours, some traffic may be routed over their network on their way to us and some of our content delivery network partners. We are currently working with these folks to divert traffic around the problem areas until it can be resolved. Once I have more information, I will post here.

Can you guys verify if the following URL will load for you now? I think the routing issues are resolved, but am unable to test since I am in Texas :)

I live near Seattle, WA and my blog is not displaying properly either. Actually, everything at WordPress.com is extremely slow. This has started at about 8:30 am PST.

I’m in West Virginia. I noticed the extreme slowness throughout WordPress, and the display misbehaving at about 9 am EST. Everything was back to normal by about 11:30. It’s still OK now. However, the CSS url you sent still doesn’t load.

Another PNWer (Oregon) with the same slow-loading/jacked-up display issues on all WordPress.com pages, including this one. Started at same time for me as well…~ 8:30 am PST.

Howdy – just an update.
The routing issues in the northeastern US have been resolved. We are working on the issues in the Pacific Northwest currently (Washington and Oregon).
@prickettsfort – I am not sure why you are having problems. What happens when you try to load the URL I gave you? How about this one? http://s0.wp.com/helloworld.html
What is loading normally for you?

Yep, just received confirmation that the issue in SEA has been resolved. We are still doing some final testing to make sure that is the case, as we thought it was resolved last night. Happy blogging!

In Oregon too, had problems since about 10:00 pm last night but all seems to be resolved since I have been emailing Sheri.
I can’t load the above URL either though.

Hello World works fine.
“http://s0.wp.com/wp-content/themes/h4/global.css” gives me page from Microsoft Front Page with a lot of code.
All my blogs and other WordPress pages are loading fine.
Appreciate the swift resolution of the problem.
