Help! All my links aren’t working! I went from .com to wordpress.com and now all my .com links aren’t working! What is happening?

I changed from https://yadadarcyada.com to https://yadadarcyyada.wordpress.com and suddenly none of my links work

Hello again, please explain which links are not working? Internal links on your site? Image links? Links you’ve shared with friends or social media? Links from other sites? Links from search engines?
When you change domains, as you did here, you’ll want to set up a redirect from your old site to the new so that old links redirect to the new links. here’s more on redirects https://en.support.wordpress.com/site-redirect/
Since I do not know whether your custom domain was in use here on WordPressdotcom, I’ve also tagged this thread for Staff assistance.

Hi there,
I see that currently yadadarcyada.com is set as your primary domain and yadadarcyyada.wordpress.com is redirecting to it. If you switch to the free address, all the custom links you have inserted into your posts (e.g. https://yadadarcyyada.com/2019/01/14/your-genius-is-showing/) will still be work and redirect to your site as long as you keep the domain attached to the site.
If you’re looking to cancel that domain and only keep the free address, then you’ll need to change those link to the free address.
