None of my plugins or analytics pages are showing on my dashboard

    I haven’t logged into my wordpress account for about a year. When I did , it seems to be missing my plugins and analytics pages that connected a year ago. is there anything you guys can do in this circumstance. I also cant download plugins as well. it just shows my dashboard,profile, and my thrive theme accounts expired(which I’ll reactivate soon.

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with HostGator, and we’re unable to provide support. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    The good news is that because you use the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com), help is available at the community forums here:

    The folks in the open-source forum are more familiar with these issues and are in the best position to help.

    You may also want to reach out to HostGator support in case you need to update your installation or change server settings to fix your issue.
