None of my sites are working

    Hi there – none of my sites are loading right now. A little concerned as I need to access them and provide links. Can you give an update? Thanks!

    We’d be happy to help, but we require one vital piece of information. What is the URL of your website?

    Bare in mind that if your websites uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, you should post in the self-hosted forums or alternatively contact your hosting provider. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    Let us know this information and we’ll try and move forward. :)

    I’d prefer to not post that in a forum which is why I was trying to access someone from WP privately. What are other options?

    All of the sites on your account load correctly on my end. If you’re referring to a self-hosted site, then you need to ask in the WordPress.org forums.

    Please note we only provide support for free sites (like the ones you have) in this forum. To access our other means of support (email, live chat), you need to upgrade to one of our plans first.
