nonsense "Rate the experience "

    Hi Wp,
    I just recieved the wordpress maily about the staff answer to a request on the forum.
    Please note that I’ll never answer to such a question.
    That asks me if the help of the staff member was “good, ok or not good”
    He was great. The problem is that the answer provided to me is (in my opinion) inadequate to my needs. But not because of the staff member! Because of the tools he has to deal with!
    So the service provided is bad, the staff was great.
    So what should i do?
