Noobi – How Do I Upload Third Party Theme?

  I dowloaded some free themes I’d like to use, but can’t find the ‘upload new theme’ button. Please, can someone share with me the secret?

  Yes, I know how to go choose/change/edit existing themes that WordPress has on their site….but how do you use third party templates?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot upload new themes to a WP.com blog. It’s a security precaution.
