  My page seems to be set up like a blog? All my editing options mention posting and editing my blog and I am just trying to make a website. Its making things confusing on this end. Did I click something wrong?

  A Blog and a Website are the same thing. If you don’t intend posting on a regular basis then just build your site with static pages and a menu.
