Not a Full Refund?

I accidentally got a premium account on wordpress.com a few hours ago, when I intended to self-host because I was buying a theme. Dumb mistake by me. So I went to cancel my subscription and get a refund which was very easy to do so thank you! However, it says I would be refunded $86 out of the total $99. I think this is because I had setup domain forwarding maybe. But I wanted to cancel all services and am expecting that I would get a full refund of $99. Thank you for your help.

If you keep the domain to use on another site you can’t get a refund for it. Let’s ask Staff to assist you with sorting this out. To clarify I was forwarding a different domain to johnbjorge.wordpress.com if that makes sense which I think costs $13. So when I asked for a refund on my premium account I got refunded $86 but then domain forwarding was still in affect thus costing $13 since it didn’t come free anymore. I then removed that but no refund was offered. I don’t want to use this account, it was made by mistake. The free version would be what I want and for a full refund. Thank you.
