  Hello!
  I accidentally bought a WordPress.com Starter for €92.82 EUR, and then I immediately cancelled the purchase, however only was refunded €78.54 EUR. Please advise!

  It looks like there was an active Domain Transfer when you canceled, which is why it wasn’t refunded. I just refunded the remaining amount. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing
