Not a question… rather major praise

Hey Team – I’ve been struggling with a WordPress issue on our website for a few months now and finally, in a moment of, “omg… I just need to fix this”… I followed the channels and found the AI chat. My immediate message was ‘Talk to a Human’… which was rejected as not available for free plans. So then I asked, “Email a human”… which was also rejected as not available along with a link to the public forums. That did actually make me upset cause the thing that’s been going wrong has been an issue for months and I haven’t been able to solve it. I got a little snarky with the AI and the response was actually coherent… not the “please choose from these options” kinda thing that I usually run into. I paused and was like, “okayyyy… that’s different.”
So, I explained the issue in more detail and then… step by step… the AI model competently and effectively walked me through the fix. It took about 10 minutes and bam, solved. The issue? Jetpack got disconnected from my login so I couldn’t actually access the site. I’m the administrator and it was just missing! Nothing I did could locate it. But where would it have gone? It literally just vanished. The AI was able to diagnose the disconnect with Jetpack and even give me the direct website link to the admin dashboard itself along with walking me through the reconnection.
I am SO impressed and I just wanted to say thank you to the dev team for this. One note of improvement… the AI should tell the user that they can type naturally because the support is dynamic and responsive.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
