Not able redirect my own domain to wordpress

  I am trying that if someone trying to access networkseagle.com then it should redirect to networkseagle.wordpress.com.
  this is not working

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi networkseagle,

  networkseagle.wordpress.com has been deleted but you can use domain mapping to connect networkseagle.com to another site in your account:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/

  Domain mapping is a feature of Personal, Premium and Business plans — each plan includes a credit which can be used to map a domain you already own (or register a new one).

  I have purchased a Personal Plan (20 minutes ago) & it’s asking me to pay the $13 for mapping. I’m not showing a credit.
