not able to access admin site and not getting email

  i am not able to access skipcart.com/wp-admin.php
  i am getting error ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’
  but i am not getting any email

  please email at (email visible only to moderators and staff) for any other info
