Not able to access Blog | “Service Unavailable – DNS failure”

  A few days ago, our team blog http://blog.team366.com would not show on our work computers, and gathering from the dramatic drop in views via the stats page, neither can anyone else.

  The page that pops from wordpress is:

  Service Unavailable – DNS failure
  The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later.

  Service#[blah,blah,blah]

  Thoughts? I need to get this back up asap.

  Your DNS entry for blog.team366.com is incorrect. You need to go back and remove the record that is there and add a CNAME record as explained here:

  Barry thanks for the quick reply!

  Can you think of any reason this would have happened on its own? The DNS records being the issue, they were fine up until a few days ago and no one has monkeyed with the settings since the domain was set back last summer.
