Hi there, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. These forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com.
For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for help in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate, so if you do not already have an account at WordPress.org, you will need to register.

I cannot log into my account. Sometimes when I go on support, I see my site button that leads to my site. Even this page shows it. But I cannot “write,” the button leads to blank page that leads me no where. What needs to be done?
Note: I’m using this page because I cannot find a page that I can do this.
