not able to access my site

  I keep getting the message ‘ This service is temporarily unavailable!
  Please contact your web hosting provider.’ but all I have is my log in link and I can’t log into it as get the above message: http://pointcookpetcare.com.au/wp-login.php

  I recently got an email to say this website has been updated and it was working fine before then.

  I did edit that on the WordPress form but it changed to my other website that is not published :-(

  Not sure if you didn’t read what I posted but I can’t access the site, the link I provided would log me into it automatically. I even got an email sent from (email visible only to moderators and staff) stating the following

  I headed to the .org link and it doesn’t like my password – which was fine and so I have asked for it to be reset and it doesn’t send me a new password. It’s as if my whole website and log in has been deleted.

  This is the forum for free sites hosted at WordPress.com. Your site isn’t hosted here so you need to use the other .org forum.

  Your WordPress.com log in details/password here won’t work in the other forum. The two forums have no connection at all. You’ll need to register an account at the .org forum to post for help there.

  Logins don’t just disappear. The login for the wordpress.org forum is in no way related to your wordpress.com login or the login credentials on your site. As @themagicrobot already said, ” You’ll need to register an account at the .org forum to post for help there.”

  well it HAS because I can’t access it! Maybe some suggestions as to why I am getting the error message would be helpful seeing as I can’t get onto the .org website and considering they are still both WordPress. Try helping instead of being a smart arse
