not able to access my site

    Hello,
    I have tried to login to my wordpress site and I can’t manage to access it. Firstly my password was not recognized and secondly when I finally managed to login to WordPress, it tells me there is no website created by me which is not the case. I created the site sweetbernadette.com.
    Would you please support with this. How can I access my dashboard again?

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    You see a “no website” message here at WordPress.com because you don’t have any sites with us. To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.
