Not able to access my wordpress account containing my website that I have been working on

  Please help me. Below is a copy of my receipt for WordPress Premium. However when I try to set up my WordPress site I just receive the following message from WordPress:

  This domain is already mapped to a WordPress.com site.

  I have paid my fee and I am not able to receive what I paid for. This Domain Name is mine. I have it registered at Melbourne IT for at least 9 years. Please contact me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) also my phone number is (redacted)

  Hello!

  Thanks for reaching out to us! It appears that a staff member will need to assist you in this case. Please also remember not to include any personal info such as passwords, credit card details, phone numbers, and transaction IDs for upgrades. But no worries, I have tagged this thread as modlook so a staff member will remove your personal info and assist you further!

  Hi briendaniel,

  Below is a copy of my receipt for WordPress Premium.

  The Premium plan for yachtingdirections.com was purchased using a different WordPress.com account. Please try logging in to the correct account with these steps:

  1. Log out of briendaniel
  2. Clear your browser cache with these steps
  3. Clear your WordPress.com cookies with these steps
  4. Log in with the username briendaniel26

  yachtingdirections.com is registered through Melbourne IT and mapped to WordPress.com — but it isn’t pointing here yet because one last step needs to be completed. This is something we can look at once you are logged into the correct account.
