Not able to access Password Reset Link

Hello
This is regarding one of my wordpress accounts, hi5tolife.com
I forgot my password and provided my email for password reset. However the link given to my email does not work and it opens a blank page. Following is the link I received.Could you please help

Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this, as we have no control over your admin login for that site – that password is stored directly in your site database on your hosting provider’s servers.
