Not able to access production site on the backend — stuck in staging
-
I’m stuck in the staging site. The production site is still live, but whenever I go to edit it on the backend, it redirects me to the staging site backend. When I go to switch back to production, I receive the following message:
‘Unable to load production site detail. Please contact support if you believe you are seeing this message in error.’
It doesn’t show my live site as an option under my Sites list anymore.
Because of this, I am unable to access DNS information, which I need access to ASAP.
I’m wondering if this has to do with the plan we are on. We have the Creator (now Business plan) but WordPress is not recognizing this (for instance, they are not letting me get access to support because ‘support is for paid plans only’). I have a screenshot showing that we are on Business.

Hi! I really need help with this. We are completely stalled due to this issue. Since we are on a paid business plan, it would be nice to have WordPress support contact me because I am currently blocked from reaching out to support due to the chatbot not recognizing our paid plan.

Hello @rolainallison, it looks like you have contacted us from an email address that is not associated with the site. This is why our system didn’t associate the site with you.
I am going to email you instead, and close this forum topic.
