Not able to access the admin dashboard

Dear team, we are not able to login to the admin dashboard, and we are getting the error message ‘the link is expired, please try again’. The second issue in our live website, there is a menu added as ‘calendar’ automatically and we are not able to control it. Any help would be really helpful. On our website across all the webpages the word ‘Calendar’ is randomly appearing & increasing all over the page.
