    Hi we keep getting the following error and the website is not loading and can’t login to wordpress admin as well.

    Please help

    Also, I see your site is hosted by a third-party registrar, You are in the wrong forum you should ask the above query in the WordPress.org forum. Please visit this link here http://wordpress.org/support to post to those forums and generate a ticket.

    These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only. If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org you can read this document:

    PS: Please connect with FTP and rename the parent theme to get access to your site admin dashboards, then reinstall the theme

    Hello there,

    It looks like ex-police.com.sg is a self-hosted WordPress site, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    You would need to reach out to your theme/plugin developers or the hosting provider for further assistance – mainly because it looks like this site is experiencing down time.
